My PTZ/dome camera does not work?
There are two points to check:
- It is vital that the serial cables are connected correctly. Please see the PTZ download page for your encoder at Network Video Support for connection examples.
- Each camera as a unique address (camera ID) which must be the same both on the camera and the video encoder.
