Who pays the shipment to return products?

 If possible, we will troubleshoot and have a fully functioning product without returning the product . In the event we cannot get the unit to function as expected, each party pays for the shipment from them.*I

n regions where shipping costs are hight (ie remote Islands, restricted areas etc), we recommend that the customer uses the sales channel for product returns, i.e. customers should go to their resellers, resellers should go to their distributors, this services takes much longer due to shipping via resellers and distributors but can reduce the shipping costs.

All returns have to be authorized by Technical Services in an Online Helpdesk Case.
